The Framework

The GroundTruth Impact Measurement Framework (GIMF) is free to use. We believe measurement infrastructure is a public good, not a proprietary advantage. It is built to be questioned, refined, and improved through scientific scrutiny.

The framework is adapted from scientific standards used in environmental science, GHG accounting, Life Cycle Assessments, and avoided-impact modelling — applied to what investors actually need: defensible, comparable, honest numbers.

• Transparent methods: Open-source approach, published and available for scrutiny.
• Range-based reporting: Every estimate comes with uncertainty bounds — no false precision.
• Scenario modelling: Impact is not static. We model how decisions evolve over time.
• Peer-reviewed: Our scientific network reviews the framework on an ongoing basis.
• AI-assisted, human-led: We use AI to stay fast where it matters, human where it counts.

The GroundTruth Network

We are building a curated network of scientists, analysts, and investors who share a commitment to honest impact measurement. Members contribute to framework development, peer review, and the broader mission of making impact investing credible.
